Hi Sir,

I have a serdes camera with IR LED and want to drive 1A@20% duty by IR mode.

I need a small package IR LED driver automotive grade.

Please help me suggest one.

I'm sorry that we don't have a Q grade device like LM3644, but you can try with TL4242-Q1. What's your application?

Vin 6-36V (normal 12V) , output 2LED 1A@20% duty 1oKHz.
