Part Number: BQ27750
I can't communicate with the BQ27750, it appears to be in stuck in sleep mode or locked in some way. The gas gauge is being used in a battery protection circuit, and because of this the battery is not working.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for the suggestion, I forgot to mention I've attempted to charge the pack with no success. The pack doesn't draw any current when attached to a power supply.

Hello Bailey,
Can you monitor the PBI pin?
I would also suggest trying a different device, perhaps the device is damaged. Also make sure you have pull up resistors on the I2C bus.
Hi,
I cannot monitor the PBI pin, unfortunately it's inside the battery. I'm using the EV2400 that should have internal pull up resistors. I have been able to communicate fine with different batteries in the same lot, and this one was working to begin with. I can't seem to get this specific gauge to wake up.
Thanks again for the help,
Bailey
Hello Bailey,
Perhaps the gauge is damaged. I would try to access both TS and PBI pins to see what's going on.
