Do you mean use CSD95372BQ5M as "driver+FET" in half bridge?

Hi Danilo,

Yes, CSD95372BQ5M can be used as a half-bridge driver. Only caution here: customer needs to drive PWM input with a low first to unlatch the driver IC and charge up the Boot cap. Afterwards, 95372 will behave like a true PWM power driver.
