BQ20Z90: FullChargeCapacity and DesignCapacity of means and how to measure

Dear Sir,

I have a some questions about BQ20Z90.

1. FullChargeCapacity(0x10) and DesignCapacity(0x18) means?
2. FullChargeCapacity(0x10) is mean BATTERY life?
3. how to set DesignCapacity(0x18)?
4. how to measure FullChargeCapacity(0x10) value from BQ20Z90. can you let me know the algorithm of measurement of 0x10.
5. 'RSOC = RemainingCapacity / FullChargeCapacity' is ok? if not please let me know how to set RSOC.
