I'm looking for a supercap chager used for blackbox. Do you have automotive version for BQ24640? Or can you recommend a device for AEC-Q100?

Hi Sam,

Unfortunately we do not have an automotive version of BQ24640 or charger that is AEC Q100. BQ24640 is the closest to being able to satisfy backup system requirements.
