Dear all, I want to know How 'Power on Reset' (POR) executes in AFE (bq76930).Please, could anybody tell me?

    Hi Minanath,

    POR is based on the power voltage for each cell group, for the BQ76930 VC5X vs GND and BAT vs VC5X. 

    When the group power rises above VPORA the part is reset and ready to boot.  If booted and operating and the voltage falls below VSHUT the transition is detected and the part will shut down.  If the part is pulled into VSHUT quickly power is lost and shutdown may not be well controlled.  See the caution in the data sheet.
