it's reported by our customer on one of the CSD19535KTT IC
it's observed that the VDS leakage current will increase over time, can we have your comment on this?
VGS:200kohm
VDS: 28.8V
monitor VDS current:
the test is done in room temp, after two hours the VDS leakage current seems to increase
although it's still within spec, but this behavior does not happen on other batchs of CSD19535KTT IC
may we check with your comment on this? whether need to have FA analysis?
