Hello,

 Can you let me know RTP plan for TPS65930/20?

 Most of our customers are on TPS65950 and they are looking to migrate to TPS65930/20. 

 Is there a migration document available. Are the dies same and the difference is only in packaging between 50/30 and 20 apart from some functinality differnce like carkit/aduio etc?

    Hi Tony,

     

    They are SW compliant , All SW can migrate to new IC without any impact.

    TPS65950 could be used as reference for board layout.

    They have been approved for RTM this start of February 09.

    You can order from now this device. (4 February 2009)

    in Forum, you can see some difference information. We are planning to release soon another overall slide showing feature availability  according to Device.
