    Hello Honle,

    Thank you for the interest in the TPS28225. I can help with the concerns with the TPS28225 but will need more information and confirmation.

    Confirm that the device pin voltages are within the device ratings: VDD: 4.5-8V, VBOOT 32V, PHASE 32-5V or 27V.

    Can you confirm the behavior of the IC after the IC is damaged, no outputs, high VDD current? Etc.

    Is there a certain operating condition where the driver ICs fail, and conditions where the circuit works normally?

    Confirm the waveforms on UGATE, LGATE, PWM, and PHASE to see if the timing is as expected.
