Best PEMIC to give 3.3V and 5V from a single Li-ion cell with charging.

Greting.

I'm looking for a PMIC for or new product. The requirements are as  follows:

- Power is from one Li-Jon cell 
- PMIC shall charge the cell from USB (or other 5V source)
- PMIC shall provide 3-3.3V for CPU and other logic ICs (100mA max aprox)
- PMIC shall provide 5V  600mA for other circuits

Is there something from TI portfolio to fulfill such requirements?
