Customer has been adapting the UC2842AD8TR for several years in offline Flyback topology for system and IGBT gate driver power rails, and power level is < 70W around. Since customer often get the failure return from field sides as cross regulation or system level issues...etc, they would like to build up a more precise simulation models that are much close to real designs of the transformer, UC2842 controllers, control feedback loop with Opto coupler/TL431, HV MOSFET, Rectifier Diode and components setting around the controller…etc.
1. Is there any undecryption spice model of UC284x as PSIM or Simplis available?
2. Could you kindly support a simulation model for overall off-line Flyback with TL431 + isolation/Opto Coupler feedback loop?
It would be better if spice model are similar to below conditions.
Input AC mains: 110Vac-220Vac/60Hz
Output Rails:
Secondary Side: Vo1: 5V,System, Vo2: +12VA, Vo3: +12VB,
Primary Side: Vo_IGBT1: 15VA, Vo_IGBT2:15VB, Vo_IGBT3:15VC, Vo_System: 15V
Total Output Power: 70W
