LM62440-Q1: LM62440 PCB footprint

Dear Sir/Ms.

Please help confirm LM62440-Q1 footprint size

1. The picture below shows the red frame Pin 4, length and width
2. At the red arrow in the figure below, there are 6 marked 0.7 * 0.25mm.
      There are actually only 5 places (Pin 2, 6, 7, 13, 14)
      Where it disappeared, is it Pin 4 ??
From the picture, the size of Pin 4 is wider than Pin 3, but I can't see the width information.
Please help confirm Pin 4 length and width
