My customer would like to use an eFuse which shutoff and latch after hitting ILIM value.
I think that the TPS25944L turns off the FET after hitting the ILIM value. Is my understanding correct? If you have a circuit breaker waveform of TPS25944L, could you share it?

Yes, you are correct TPS25944L turns off the FET, 4ms after hitting the ILIM value.
The TPS25944 allows the overload current to flow through the device until I(LOAD) < I(FASTRIP). It starts the timer when I(LIM) < I(LOAD) < I(FASTRIP), and once the timer exceeds tCB(dly), the internal FET is turned off and FLT is asserted.
The below figure in the datasheet shows the Circuit Breaker functionality of TPS25944.
