POE device operating voltage is 48V, LM74670-Q1 will not work due to the 42V limitation during reverse condition.
Could you share more details of the requirement in terms of end use, operating voltage and current.

I want to design a POE for IoT camera along with 24 VDC adaptor. The camera cequries 5V-4.25A power. It will have adaptor prioriity.

I have looked into the design pdf shared, but could not get your requirement on where you plan to use LM74670-Q1?
Is it for reverse polarity protection at the 24V adapter input?

I wanted to use LM 74670-Q1 as a bridge rectifer after etherent transformer (L1) as seen in its data sheet, Later on I come across with the TPS2372-4EVM-006 Evaluation Module (Rev. A) and used its bridge recrifer.as reference.

Due to reverse voltage rating (-42V) limitation, we can not use LM74670-Q1 for bridge rectification at 48V POE line.
Looks like you plan to use TPS2372 device EVM schematic for this application.
