LMZM33602: Storage temp?

Hi team,

Working with a customer on this device, seems like storage temp is -40C and it matches operating temp. Is this correct? If so, what would you recommend for a similar spec device with lower storage temp?

    Hi Kannan,

    Yes the minimum operating temperature and the storage temperature is -40C for this device. May I ask what application is this used in and what is it powering downstream? 

    For an alternate part with similar specs and lower storage temperature, please have a look a the LMZM33604
