could you help on below items:

1. Does UCD9090A have off-line programmer? custoemr want use it in mass prodcution.

2. which type file of FUSION export can be used by external CUP to write and read?

Please see my comments below.

1. USB-TO-GPIO is only Tool released by TI. But any programmer with I2c interface can be used to program UCD9090, such as FPGA, CPLD, ICT.

2. We always recommend data flash hex file or data flash script file for mass production programming. Please refer section 9.4
