Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM385-ADJ
Hello Team,
Do we have an alternative for LM4040 with Minimum Ika of 10uA?
My customer is looking for an alternative for LM4040D25FTA and LM4040D30FTA.
Thanks,
Needhu

Hi Needhu,
For the 2.5V we have the LM285 and LM385 that have a Ika(min) of 10uA.
For the 3V, the LM4040 that you have is the lowest Ika(min)
The LM385-ADJ can be used to get 3.0V and it has a 10uA ika(min) but there will be an additional currents path through the bias resistors.
If you are open for series references. the REF33xx has an IQ max of 8uA and supports 2.5V and 3V
What is the need for such a low current?
