TPS1HB08-Q1: About high side switch for battery reverse protection

Hello all,

For the battery reverse protection, I could find the circuit that are usually used.

And, there are also our high side switch,TPS1HB08-Q1 for the battery reverse protection.

Both of two methods to protect battery reverse uses PFET, but what is the advantage if I used "TPS1HB08-Q1" IC?
