LMR36503: Power Good

Have two questions about the device:

  1. For the 5V version, what is the minimum input voltage required to generate 5V at the output?
  2. What is the power good threshold for the 5V fixed output voltage version. The Vpg is specified as a % of the feedback voltage. However, the fixed output versions don't have a feedback voltage.

    HI

    1. can use Vinmin=Vo+Rdson_H*Io*Dmax+Rdson_L*Io*(1-Dmax)+Rdc_L*Io to estimated the Vinmin, Dmax=ton_max/(ton_max+toff_min)

    pls notice the Rdson will change by Temperature.

    2.Pgood for 5V threhold 5V*107% for Pgood OV, and 5V*94% for Pgood UV, it is same ratio of feedback.
