LM5026: LM5026 Oscillator Frequency Range

Hi Team,

May I ask if there is any range of LM5026 internal Oscillator Frequency? In datasheet it only shows how the frequency would change with temperature.

My customer is evaluating LM5026, they set Rt to 91k, which lead to 65.8kHz calculated frequency. Customer could receive the frequency range to be 63kHz~70kHz. But they test 100 boards, get 4 boards to be 62kHz, 1 board to be 71kHz, which is out of the range. As the working temperature is exactly the same, the accuracy of the resistor Rt is 1%, and if customer change the device of the "frequency out of range borad", it will fix the problem. So customer think it's caused by the inaccuracy of LM5026 internal Oscillator. Do we have the range of its internal Oscillator Frequency?

    Hi Yazhu,

    According the electrical characteristics table in the datasheet,  the oscillator frequency range is around 1±10% over full operating junction temperature range,

    The customer's testing frequency is still in this range, I did't find any problem.
