The PSpice model won't allow Fosc to exceed 1MHz while the data sheet is rated to permit Fosc to 2MHz in order for the rated switching Frequency, Fsw, to operate at 1MHz.
I am concerned that the spec sheet might be incorrect. I am planning on using the device the LM25037 to control a 1MHz switching power supply. The 1MHz switching rate is necessary to avoid interference with the frequencies used in the application so it is imperative that the circuit to be designed will in fact run with a switching frequency of 1MHz.
Please let me know if I can trust the data sheet with regard to the relationship between RT1 and the oscillation frequency.
I was able to modify the PSPICE file to conform perfectly to the spec sheet – it was a simple fix on specifying the range of the sine wave oscillator used in the model.
Last, but not least, are there any other discrepancies between the model and the data sheet?
