TPS4H160-Q1: How many hertz can i generate signals?

Hello,

I will use TPS4H160-Q for pwm output circuit. I will not drive a load, ı will use pwm signal for this circuit. I did not see any information how many hertz can ı generate signals ?

    Hello Aozpay,

    For the TPS4H160 devices the upper limit of what the device is capable is around 1khz. Anything above that you start to run into timing problems where the accuracy of the PWM is affected. The common strategy for higher PWM frequency requirements is to PWM the low side portion instead as the low side switch will generally be able to handle high switching frequencies.
