LM25066: Gate OUT and Diode how to deal with if we don't have MOSFET?

Hi Guys

customer want to use LM25066 to realize sense VIN, VOUT, Current, and go through PMBus to their system. So actually, they don't need this Hot swap function.Just want to confirm, if we don't need this function, whether can we remove the MOSFET directly? If we remove this MOSFET, how to deal with GATE, OUT and Diode pin? just float?
