Is there any production update on the 1.8V varient of the TPS61099 (TPS610991)?
Hi Rylan:
Recently we don't have such plan for 1.8V fixed version for TPS61099. You could use adjustable version and set the Vout at 1.8V.
By the way, we have TPS613223A with 2V fixed Vout.
Thanks Minqiu.
It might be worth revising the datasheet if there are no plans on production. I saw that there was another post about a year ago on the same topic.
The alternate component you mentioned won't work as 1.8V is needed, and it also requires a quinsient current in the nA.
Are you able to recommend a suitable resistor divider with components for the adjustable version in order to output 1.8V? Also will this still provide the same current characteristics?
Thanks.
Hi Rylan:
Thanks for your suggestion. The purpose that we list in datasheet is to check if there are lots of customers interested for 1.8V fixed. Unfortunately, not so much yet.
The Iq is same for TPS61099. You could choose littler larger resistance than recommend to reduce no load current, like Rdown= 1M ohm, Rup=800K.
May I know what's the input voltage range and load condition?
Ok, that seems fair enough to see the interest.
Thanks for the resistor suggestions.
The input voltage is 1.5V.
The load current will be:
Hi Rylan:
Got it. TPS61099 is suitable for such condition and has enough current capability.
