Hi All,

I have some questions about the 6.7 graph in the TLC59213 datasheet.

1) Fig.1 and Fig.2 of 6.7 show the same result. Are the results correct?

2) Is the graph in 6.7 the measurement result?

3) 6.7 is the result at Ta = 85 ℃. Is there result at Ta = 25 ℃?

Hi Ishiwata，

Sorry that we could not provide the correct plot. I could not find the original test data or any design engineer.
Look at the similar spec at TLC59210 and TLC59211, N package have the larger current when at the same output number and duty cycle.

Yes these figures should be test results. But I cannot find out which one is the right one relate to the package.
