LMZ23605TZ/NOPB the latch-up test result

Please provide the data of the latch-up test result that shows the following items.

1, Test Condition:Current Pulse: ±***A,

2, OverVoltage:***Vsupply

  • Hi Hideyuki,

Can you please re-clarify what condition you are looking for? I am not familiar with what "***". Is this a number?

    Regards,

    Jimmy

  • Hi Jimmy,

    I know that LMZ23605TZ/NOPB has passed the Latch-uo test.(https://www.ti.com/qualificationsummary/qualsumm/home)

But I don't know the latch-up test codition. For Example, Current Puls: ±100mA ,etc.

    Best Regards,

    Hideyuki

  • Hi Hideyuki,

I am contacting a product engineer who should have more information on the specifics of this. So far from the quality summary that you reference, it looks like the standard is JESD78. I was able to find an application note that goes over this latch-up white paper procedure linked here (specifically in Section 2.1).

From the looks of it, JESD78 has the following test conditions:

    • Pulse width = 2ms to 10ms
    • Pulse current = 100mA
    • Overvoltage = 1.5 x VMAX (operating)

Again I can only reference this app note since this is not something that I am particularly familiar with. When I get a reply back from the product engineer I'll make sure to update you on the specifics for the LMZ23605TZ latch-up operating test conditions.

    Regards,
    Jimmy
