Dears,
We found if some TPS54260 can't work under -35°C. If we test ABA, replaced TPS54260 can work.
I get a pic TPS54260 can't work status as below.
Blue line is voltage output pin's fig under -35°C. It should be 12v if work normal.
If we change test temperature to -25°C, it will work normal.
So how can deal this issues. Thanks.
