I want to ask the simple junction temp calculation, I used device LMR23630-Q1(12 PINS).

Vin=12, Vout=5, Iout=3A, Ta=25.5
The junction temp formula is "Tj=Ta+Rjc*power"
Tj=25.5 + 16.3 * Power, on this calculation, how can I calculate the power?
