TPS51200: Is this part manufactured with CMOS or CMOS plus Bipolar? Need to know for space radiation environment test.

I need to know if this part is manufactured with CMOS only or is it CMOS plus Bipolar technologies? Must conduct a space radiation effects test and need to know which environments to expose it to. Would appreciate any help on this.
