The base part number is actually TPS6594-Q1 (no "1" after the "4"). The datasheet is located here: http://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/tps6594-q1

Additionally, if you search "TPS6594-Q1" on www.ti.com, you will also find some additional user guides that may be helpful for designing with the Jacinto 7 / TDA4 processor platforms.
