CSD15380F3: Looking of a low output cap FET

I am looking for a very small size FET that has Output capacitance in off state lower than 2pf at 5V. The device that I found has nearly 6pf.

Please help me to find an appropriate component.

Hi Himalaya,

Thanks for the inquiry. The CSD15380F3 is TI's lowest output capacitance FET. You may need to look at small signal FETs from another vendor. Can you tell me any more about the application? You can always email me at my TI email address.
