According to our customer, if TI cannot provide certificates of volatility is there a way to confirm that the NVM (non-volatile memory) as read-only or a description of the contents of the NVM. That would go a long way to assuring the US government without the certificates of volatility.

UCD9244 is a PMBus device. Most NVM registers are readable and writable, so  user can program the part and store the programming to NVM.
