LM5108: Does this part have a fixed duty cycle of 50% and is it self-oscillating?

Question about this part - does this part have a fixed duty cycle at 50%? I see that it's max 50% but not sure if this is fixed or not. Also, is this self-oscillating? Not able to tell from the datasheet.
