Hi,

I designed for 12v Input, 15v with 0.2A using LM5180. I am getting only 2-3v. I changed Transformer ratio and turns, FB resistor... But not getting expected output. Here I attached the design file. Pls help me on this.circuit 1.TSC

Pls download the LM5180 Calculator for circuit design:

http://www.ti.com/tool/lm5180design-calc

pla also design the PCB layout by referring to LM5180EVM.

You may apply one EVM and modify the circuit to your application.

Hi,

I already read the same doc.i.e., quick startup calculator and also datasheet of LM5180. Prim DCR, Sec DCR, Leakage Inductance values are needed and no where explained. Already I attached the design file. for more detailed discussion pls share your email.
