I Designed with reference to the LM25088MH-1EVAL using LM25088.
I would try to adjust the values of the snubber. TI has app notes that should help with this.
I would also try connecting the bottom of the snubber to ground rather than the CS pin.
Finally, the biggest contributor to spikes and ringing is the PCB layout. The inductance associated
with the SW node must be as small as possible. This includes the diode, inductor, FET and snubber.
These components must be as close as possible to limit the current loop area.
