Hi,

what is the TDC current for RAIL1?, and provide details of system ambient temperature and airflow?

if it is 300A(TDC), then 6-phases are not enough.

According to the system ambient temperature of 60 ℃, air volume of 5m / s, 6-phase output is 0.86v, 2-phase output is 0.9V.
How many TDC (thermal design current or average current) can this power supply scheme provide??

Hi,

CSD95490 power stage can support ~35-40A TDC value. so for 300A average current, 6-phases are not enough, suggested to use 8-9 phases. please mail to@ ramasiddaiah@ti.com for controller proposal for this application. what is the CPU/ASIC processor in this application.
