BQ40Z80: BQ40Z80 SLEEP MODE AND LED DISPLAY

Part Number: BQ40Z80

Hi TI team!

I'm using a BQ40Z80 solution for a removable pack. Can you please  answer my two questions? :

1) If BQ40Z80 is in sleep mode, dose press the DISP button will wake it up? I 'm not sure cause I checked the sleep mode exit conditions and didn't found DISP related.

2) with a removable pack ,as the condition shows below,  a pack is in the BATTERY PACK REMOVED mode ,the CHG DSG FETs both off ,if press the DISP button on the pack, does the LED can display?I want make sure if a user can check the capacity of battery with a off system /stand alone status

[Andy]:  No. The LED display is available in SLEEP mode. However, pressing the /DISP button is NOT one of the exit sleep conditions mentioned in the TRM.

[Andy]  Yes. As I mentioned above, the LED display is available in SLEEP mode.  When the battery pack is removed, the gauge should enter the Sleep Mode.
