TLV700: Please tell me about the power sequence.

I use TLV70033DDCR.
I explain usage.

I connect 5V to the input pin and connect a 1uF ceramic capacitor to the output pin.
I have not connected the load.
When 5V is turned on, the voltage gradually increases.
When it reaches about 2V, the output of TLV70033 DCR rises suddenly and follows the 5V voltage from there.

Why is the output not linear?
I don't know why he got up suddenly.

Please kindly advise.

Hello,

It sounds like the output voltage is low until the input voltage reaches 2V, then the output rises rapidly.
If so, this is expected operation of this device.

The UVLO of this device is 1.9V typical.
So the output will not turn on until the input supply has reached approximately 1.9V.
