TPS65295: TPS65295 Bootstrap for 2.5V output

Hi,

I am using TPS65295 IC for our DDR4 power solution. I have some queries.

Does bootstrap connection required for SW_VPP(2.5V generation) pin? (In pin description its mentioned “VPP switching node connection to the inductor and bootstrap capacitor” but there is no separate bootstrap pin and also in application design, no bootstrap connection is there).

Can you clarify the same?

Hi, the bootstrap cap should be typo, please ignore it, IC integrates the boot circuit, so no Boot cap needed for VPP buck. you also can find there is no boot cap at reference circuit in datasheet.
