LMR14030-Q1: LMR14030 : resistors of the ENABLE divider, UVLO and its hysteresis

Hi,

1. TI recommendations outlined in par. 7.3.6 of the LMR14030-Q1 datasheet define how to calculate resistors of ENABLE divider to have the the desired level of UVLO and its hysteresis.
    With IHYS it is more or less clear, we shall use in formula (2) IHYS = +3.6uA, please confirm.
    What value of IEN shall be used in the formula (3): -1uA, +1uA, -4.6uA or +4.6uA? 

2. Can you please provide an example of calculations assuming Vstart = 10V and Vstop = 8V (or some other numbers of your choice).
