Hi team,

Could you please share the tps53603A datasheet to me? Also what's the difference between tps53603? If different, could you please share the both documents to me?

One more thing, does our tps53603 can use NCP81022M with ON seimi's part? Or TI will suggest which device?

Hi Oliver,

I have sent TPS53603A datasheet to your email box. I can not find TPS53603.

According to datasheet spec, the PWM low and tristate threshold of TPS53603A is not fully compatible with NCP81022.

I don't have other device to recommend.

Hi Qian,

Sorry to make the question confusing.

In customer application TPS53603, ON semi IC will source 2V into TI’s driver. PWM level will pull high to 2V or pull low to 1.65V(TI's chip internal divider circuit). Is this going to cause any trouble on this?
