Hi,

1. We have "reinforced isolation capacitor life time projection" figure in UCC23513's datasheet, but not UCC23313.

Besides, is this curve temperature related? What's the operating temperature for the given curve?

2. For HTOL, do we have schematic to show how the device is connected when doing the test? And the customer need more details about the test circumstance.
