TPS51200: About timing sequence

Hi team,

Please allow me to review the timing sequence for TPS51200.
If S3 and S5 are not supported, the recognition is a sequence of Figure20 on the datasheet.
If you want to control the sequence for AM3357 in PMIC (tps65910),
PMIC guesses that it cannot follow the timing requirements of tps51200 because it outputs REFIN (VDDQ) before 3.3VIN.
Is it okay to enter REFIN(VDDQ) before 3.3VIN?
If there is no problem, when is the output timing of REFOUT and VO?
