Please let me know the impact on output voltage, if TPS61087 IC Compensation pin (COMP) is open or drift in compensation resistor/capacitor values.

Dear Sir,

In this condition, the circuit will gets unstable. Large voltage ripple at the output side.

If COMP pin is open, in particular what will be the impact on TPS61087 output. whether it is going to be no output or a large output voltage ripple?

(I understood output will be unstable for value drifts).

Hi Amar,

When COMP open, it will have a large output voltage ripples.
