BQ24133: BQ24133 can't charge the battery

Hi Team,

My customer now use BQ24133 but found that this chip can't charge. the battery is nearly 8.4V.

Could you please give a hand about this? Here is the SCH of BQ24133.

Dear Amelie,

The TS divider looks like TS is permanently biased at 85% of VREF, which is above V_LTF and makes charging disabled. TS needs to be biased between V_LTF and V_HTF to ensure charging. Please see Section 9.3.18 of the datasheet.
