    Hi Suzuki-san,

    I think most of the parameter can be find in the datasheet.

    Summary as below:

    Stand-by current suppression --700uA typical value

    External Trigger of Oscillation-- It has the SYNC pin for external synchronize, frequency from 300K to 2.2Mhz

    Over Current Protection Circuit--Device has internal Buck average current limit and external FET current limit  funcition. ILIM pin for the current limit threshold setting.

    Thermal protection circuit--Device internal has the OTSD function, shut down at 160C and recovery in 140C

    Variable Output Voltage Control--Device default output voltage at 5.1V, IMON pin can set the long cable drop compensation

    detail can refer to datasheet page 32 "cable compensation" section

    Output Enable Terminal-- Output is active by the EN pin control.

    Soft Start Function----fix at 4mS soft  startup 

    Hiccup Method Current Control---Once switching current touch the high side current limit  threshold and for 128 cycle, device going into the hiccup  model
