CSD23285F5: IGSS at max temperature

Part Number: CSD23285F5

Dear TI Team,

I would like to use CSD23285F5, but would need the max IGSS value up to a temperature of 125°C.

The datasheet specifies a IGSS,max only at 25°C.

Can you please provide me with the IGSS,max over the full temperature range?

    Hi Joe,

    Thanks for the inquiry. I pulled up the characterization data that was collected during development of the CSD23285F5 and the maximum measured IGSS value for temperature up to 150°C is less than 50nA. Please note, this is for information purposes only and TI cannot guarantee this value because it is not specified in the datasheet. Unless otherwise noted, all parameters in the datasheet are at 25°C.
