Dear TI Team,

we would like to use CSD23285F5, but we are missing the coplanarity information of the LGA package.
The CSD23285F5 datasheet references the following Standard: AME T14.5M-1994, which is unknown to us.

1) Can you please provide the coplanarity information for CSD23285F5?
2) Can you please point us to the right location to find the AME T14.5M-1994 standard?

Hi Joe,

Thanks again for your interest in TI FETs. From SMT expert: co-planarity is 0-15 um with respect to seating plane C. I did a search and I think the correct standard is ASME Y14.5M--1994. There are many references including the one here: .
