Customer is designing LED driver.
Would you please provide recommendation for the following questions?
LED driver IC which is available to package into LED directly, or can be a standalone packaged IC. Attachment is the IC datasheet for reference, pin assignment should be same or similar, and the woking methodology should be exactly the same.
Besides, there are some requirements needs to be meet.
- operation current:<0.5mA, the smaller the better
- sleep mode is preferred
- maximal driving current: <5mA
- IC chip size: smaller or similar to datasheet
- packaged IC size:<2x2mm, the smaller the better
