Hello,

Can you please confirm the following two statements?

TPS2553, TPS2553D and TPS2553-1 all have Reverse-Blocking function
The only difference between TPS2553 and TPS2553D is the operating temperature.

TPS2553-1 is latch off version. TPS2553 is constant current limit version.

Hello Zhang,

Does the TPS2553, TPS2553D and TPS2553-1 all have Reverse-Blocking function? I am asking because it is not mentioned on the product page of the TPS2553 and TPS2553-1 but it is mentioned on the TPS2553D product page. The customer wants to have a confirmation. However on the datasheet all seem to have Reverse-Blocking function. Can you just quickly confirm?

Hi,

Yes, all have reverse block function.

But please get noted that the reverse voltage protection time to turn off the IC is 5ms(typical).
